Working closely with our app development consultants, we have created an app that provides us with real time alerts in the unlikely circumstance a cleaner fails to attend a job within certain time parameters.
The app enables cleaners to sign in when they arrive on site and sign out on departure so we can better monitor cleaner attendance and provide cover more quickly and readily if required.

As the app has developed, we have added a range of key features which enables us to make daily tasks and processes more automated and efficient.
This includes:
- Creating rotas and payroll reports
- Tracking staff holidays and absences
- Creating digitalised delivery notes for delivery of consumables
- Performing electronic customer evaluations and site audits
- Providing more effective lone worker management
- Delegating specific on-site tasks to individual cleaners
