NECS WINS MEDICAL GROUP CONTRACT
We are delighted to have been awarded a cleaning contract with the Brampton Medical Group in Cumbria.
We were initially contacted by the Group in March 2022 to survey its three practices and provide a cost for our professional cleaning services. Once the contract was agreed we arranged for the TUPE of two cleaning operatives who were originally employed by Brampton Medical Group, as well as managing the recruitment of a further two cleaning operatives.
A cleaning schedule has been designed for each site to minimise any disruption to staff and patients. A team of four on-site cleaning operatives, managed by our supervisor, undertake a range of daily cleaning services for the public areas, waiting rooms, toilets, office space, as well as doctor’s consultation and treatment rooms. We will also be carrying out a high level clean in the reception area of the main site.
We have received ‘Excellent’ feedback in July and August from Hannah Crawford, Practice Manager who commented: “The cleaning is done in a timely manner and cleaning is consistently at a high standard.”
