High quality cleaning for Invopak

Part of the Involvement group, Invopak, a global supplier of rigid packaging solutions had been experiencing issues with the quality standards being delivered by its cleaning provider.

The company contacted NECS and in April 2020, we were appointed to provide cleaning services to its Concordia premises in Cheshire. After delivering our cleaning services for six months, Invopak awarded us another contract for its site in Southam.

Professional cleaning with a personal touch

A team of six cleaning operatives have been employed across the two sites to provide daily cleaning services. This includes thorough cleaning of its offices, kitchens, canteens, and toilets. At NECS we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality cleans and customer service. This is achieved through providing a rapid response to any communication, conducting regular site audits and monthly customer service evaluations.
