Amy Williamson Achieves People Management CIPD Level 5 Qualification

NECS is delighted to announce that our Human Resources Manager Amy Williamson has received a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management. The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is the professional qualification body for HR and personnel development for businesses, and this highly-respected qualification is to help transition professionals from foundational administrative tasks to strategic people management.

Usually taking between 12 to 16 months, the course contains three core units all focused on people, personnel, and performance, and three specialist units on management, including workforce planning and how to reward performance and contribution.

Evidence-based practice
Professional behaviours and valuing people
