NECS secures facilities management contracts with global life sciences orgnisation
We have further strengthened our relationship with an international life science company, through winning a series of contracts for its sites across the UK.
We will be providing a full facilities management package to three of its sites. Services will include cleaning, washroom services, grounds maintenance, gritting, waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) recycling and consumables supply.
To support servicing the new sites, we have recently undertaken a recruitment drive and taken onboard nine new full-time members of staff and three part-time members of staff. As part of our due diligence, we went through additional checks and clearances.
Our relationship with the multinational organisation began in 2022, when a client, was acquired by the life science company. As a result, we became an approved supplier of the company and were invited to quote to provide services for additional facilities in the UK. In 2023, we were appointed to provide full facilities management services to a site in Scotland, which include cleaning, washroom services, grounds maintenance, a gritting service, window cleaning and feminine hygiene services. In 2024 we were appointed to manage a further 3 sites including one in greater London on the same basis.
