NECS Harnesses Innovative Technology
At NECS, our mission is to provide high quality and efficient professional cleaning services that are bespoke to our customers’ requirements. This means that all cleaning services are completed within a prompt timeframe, to avoid any disruptions to their daily operations. We have utilised innovative technology to develop an app which enables us to do just that.
Working closely with our app development consultants, we have created an app that provides us with real time alerts in the unlikely circumstance a cleaner fails to attend a job within certain time parameters. The app enables cleaners to sign in when they arrive on site and sign out on departure so we can better monitor cleaner attendance and provide cover more quickly and readily if required.
As the app has developed, we have added a range of additional key features which enables us to make daily tasks and processes more automated and efficient – benefitting both customers and our employees.
