NECS GEARS UP FOR GROWTH IN 2022
We have experienced great success over the past 15 years and seen our presence grow from one branch in Cramlington, Northumberland to six branches across the UK. Our staff numbers have also increased from 4 in 2006 to 250 by the end of last year, which coincided with our 15-year anniversary.
Our growth has also been driven by the surge in company’s seeking to outsource cleaning services due to the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result, we managed to gain new clients across the office, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, education and retail sectors.
In 2019, we launched an app designed to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service, making daily tasks and processes more automated. Providing real time alerts, the app enables us to respond promptly to our customers’ needs, helping avoid any disruption to their daily operations. We also developed our own range of environmentally friendly cleaning products as we feel that the cleaning products on the market don’t have the right credentials for our commercial clients.
