Our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system ensures we can continually monitor and manage quality across all operations. As the world’s most widely recognised quality management standard, it outlines ways we achieve, as well as benchmark, consistent performance and service. The ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification was awarded to us as evidence that the NECS team have the ability to provide services that meet customer requirements consistently.

ISO 14001:2015 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how we put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities. It also helps us grow while reducing the environmental impact of this growth. Our ISO 14001:2015 system provides the framework to allow us to meet increasingly high customer expectations of corporate responsibility as well as legal or regulatory requirements.

ISO 45001:2018 is a framework for an occupational health and safety management system. It has helped us put in place the policies, procedures and controls needed for our organisation to achieve the best possible working conditions, aligned to internationally recognised best practice.

BICSc is the largest independent, professional and educational body within the cleaning industry, with over 20,000 Individual and Corporate Members. As a Corporate Member NECS is proud to support the institute in its aims to raise environmental standards through training and education. Membership to The British Institute of Cleaning Science is recognised throughout the industry.
